Cocktail Friday: a Cloud 9

Last weekend was a very busy weekend. We had a company weekend with the team of Bailey Lights, the company I work for. On Friday I was so busy with packing and buying the last stuff for the weekend, that I didn’t had time to write and publish the cocktail for Cocktail Friday, for this time the Cloud 9. Bailey has her 30th year anniversary this year, so for that we stayed from Friday until Sunday in the Belgium Ardennes. And of course I made a Mojito there for my colleagues;-)

Although I didn’t had time to write a post, we did tasted a cocktail the day before, so that’s why I write a second blogpost next to today’s Cocktail Friday: Batida de Banana Coco.
Because this Cloud 9 cocktail was so delicious, and so easy to make, that I really wanted to give you the recipe.

The Cloud 9 cocktail is a cocktail served in the business class of Cathay Pacific. So for all those people out there flying that business class, you already know how good this one is. But for those like us, who only fly economy, you definitely should to try this at home!!!
It just drinks like lemonade, hahaha so be careful not to get drunk;-), because it does have alcohol in it.

Good Weekend with the two cocktails!

Edit: This is a post from my old Blog Photos for foodies. I quit with this Blog, but it didn’t feel good to lose all the recipes, that’s why I copied all the posts to Cakes and Pumps and later to Goodlives. This post is written in 2015 by myself.
