With this great weather in the Netherlands, I’m enjoying my own garden a lot. It almost feels like I’m in Ibiza with these great temperatures, and I’m more into trying some new cocktails on these hot summer evenings. It’s some time ago already that I made a blogpost about a cocktail. I don’t have a lot of time to write Blogs these days, hihi it’s not that we’re not drinking any cocktails;-). But tonight Martin is in Breda watching a Hockey champignonship with some Japanese guys and the Japanese ambassador, so I picked up my camera to make some cocktail pictures. A cocktail with the name an Ibiza Reloaded.
This time a cocktail with Licor 43 and Green ice tea with Mint flavor.
Martin and I are a little crazy about Gin tonics and I also like to drink some Green Ice tea Mint flavor. A couple of weeks ago we tried to mix those ingredients into a cocktail, but that didn’t taste so good.
The same night I tried a cocktail with Licor 43 and Ice tea green, that was better.
With the next try out I mixed the Licor 43 with Green ice tea mint flavor and that was a lot better. A real lot, because it became quickly my summer cocktail for this year (hihi for now than).
So today, I’ll give you a recipe for Cocktail Friday Licor 43 and Green ice tea mint flavor. And because the weather reminds me of Ibiza and it will take some time before we will go there, I named this Cocktail Ibiza reloaded.
