Sunday Smoothie: Banana Pineapple

I tasted a lot of smoothies the last couple of weeks, but it didn’t prevented me from getting an awful cold that I have since a few days.
But of course that’s not so strange. Fruit can help you to stay healthy, but it’s not some kind of miracle. But I still like to make smoothies so I definitely will keep the Sunday Smoothie serie.
This time we tested the Smoothie Banana Pineapple for Goodlives. This Smoothie is so easy to make. And the taste is great.

Sunday Smoothie: Strawberry – Blueberry Smoothie

Sunday morning is a good day to drink some smoothies. I’m not such a fruit eater. It’s not that I don’t like fruit, but most of the time I just forget to eat it. I always buy our fruit at the supermarket, M. Loves fruit and also Larsman seems to have the genes of his father. It’s so funny when we have a Mango at home. Larsman walks to the mango all the time, and says mango in a very funny way. It’s a little bit difficult to pronounce the word, since he’s two year’s old-;). And the whole time he want’s to eat it.
So for me it’s good to try some smoothies or fruitshakes. They are healthy, with a lot of vitamines , that’s definitely something I can use these days. And they taste good! With cakes and pumps/Goodlives I force myself to eat more healthier food and of cours I love to share this recipe of the strawberry Blueberry Smoothie with you!
