Een focaccia broodje is heel lekker om bij de soep te eten of als bijgerecht bij andere maaltijden te gebruiken.<br>Maar je kunt er ook een lekkere sandwich van maken voor de lunch of voor het diner. Je kunt daar natuurlijk ook een focaccia broodje voor kopen, alleen in het dorp waar ik woon kon ik geen enkel focaccia broodje vinden, vandaar dat ik zelf ben gaan bakken. Wel even oppassen dat je de oven niet hoger dan 160 graden zet, anders ga je het brood weer opnieuw bakken. Larsman eet niet zo veel en eet ook niet alle groentes. M, daarentegen is weer een grote eter. Dus dat compenseert elkaar weer. Snijd de olijven door midden en de Cherry tomaatjes in vieren. De augurken snijdt je in kleinere stukken en ook de Jalapeno peper snijd je in klein stukjes (steeltje verwijderen), evenals de zongedroogde tomaatjes.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7444-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">De olijven, Cherry tomaatjes, augurken, Jalapeno pepers en zongedroogde tomaatjes daarna netjes verdelen over het stuk brood waar de paprika al op ligt.
