Last weekend was a very busy weekend. We had a company weekend with the team of Bailey Lights<\/a>, the company I work for. On Friday I was so busy with packing and buying the last stuff for the weekend, that I didn\u2019t had time to write and publish the cocktail for Cocktail Friday, for this time the Cloud 9. Bailey has her 30th year anniversary this year, so for that we stayed from Friday until Sunday in the Belgium Ardennes. And of course I made a Mojito<\/a> there for my colleagues;-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Although I didn\u2019t had time to write a post, we did tasted a cocktail the day before, so that\u2019s why I write a second blogpost next to today\u2019s Cocktail Friday:\u00a0Batida de Banana Coco<\/a>.
Because this Cloud 9 cocktail was so delicious, and so easy to make, that I really wanted to give you the recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Cloud 9 cocktail is a cocktail served in the business class of Cathay Pacific. So for all those people out there flying that business class, you already know how good this one is. But for those like us, who only fly economy, you definitely should to try this at home!!!
It just drinks like lemonade, hahaha so be careful not to get drunk;-), because it does have alcohol in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
