Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Ripe Mango
  • 100 gram biological Yogurt
  • 125 ml Manco – Orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix al the ingredients in a blender.
  • Put the mix in a jar or a glass.
  • Smoothie finished. Delicious for breakfast or as a healthy snack
