Sunday Smoothie Spinach Banana Mango Coconutmilk

Time to make a green smoothie, I choose a Spinach, banana, mango and coconut milk smoothie.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram Spinach Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 Banana
  • 125 gram Mango Frozen
  • 125 ml Coconut Milk
  • 150 ml Water

Instructions
 

  • First put the coconut milk and water in the blender.
  • After that put the spinach in the blender and blender it. If you use fresh spinach, then it’s possible that the spinach stays on the side of the blender. Stop once and a while and get it of with a spoon. Or put the spinach in parts in the blender, blender it and then put some more in it, until everything is smooth.
  • Put the frozen mango pieces into the blender together with the in banana. I cut the banana also in pieces, I think that’s better for my blender.
  • Put the mix into a glass and decorate it with some banana parts.
  • The Smoothie is finished!
